  • Email Address: The primary communication route for transmitting Offer Letters, project assignment briefs, feedback, and certificate delivery.
  • Phone Number: Used solely for necessary logistical communication regarding internship enrollment and milestone updates.
  • College or Institution Name: Used to understand academic context, student level, and program eligibility.
  • Selected Internship Domain: Identifies which of the 27 technology and engineering tracks the candidate wishes to pursue.
  • Résumé Attachment: Evaluated by admissions reviewers to gauge domain familiarity, skills, and foundational background.

03 Purpose of Information Processing

Information submitted by applicants is used exclusively for legitimate educational and program administration purposes, including:

  • Evaluating internship applications and allocating candidates to the appropriate domain track.
  • Issuing official Internship Offer Letters on authorized SAN WebTechnology letterhead.
  • Distributing milestone project assignments, technical problem statements, and submission guidelines.

04 Third-Party Infrastructure & Services

To provide a reliable, lightweight static web experience, SAN WebTechnology utilizes standard external infrastructure services for specific functional workflows:

  • Google Forms (Google Workspace): Used as our candidate intake form provider. When applicants click "Apply Now", they navigate to Google Forms, which operates under Google’s standard Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Google Mail (Gmail): Used for direct candidate communications, review feedback, and document transmission.

05 Cookies, Analytics & Tracking Technologies

Code Audit Confirmation: An exhaustive audit of this website's HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and asset layers confirms that no third-party tracking scripts, advertising pixels, user-profiling cookies, or remote analytics frameworks (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or ad networks) are installed or executed on this site.

The website is engineered entirely in vanilla HTML5, CSS3, and native JavaScript. It loads zero external CDN font families or surveillance assets. Standard web server hosting logs (such as IP address, user-agent, and HTTP status codes) may be generated by the static hosting provider solely for operational security and routing integrity.

06 Data Storage, Access & Protection

Submitted application records are accessible only by designated SAN WebTechnology admissions reviewers and evaluation mentors who require access to evaluate candidate submissions and prepare verification credentials.

We maintain reasonable administrative and digital safeguards to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure. Candidate records are maintained for the duration required to administer the selected internship cohort and maintain verifiable records of issued completion credentials.

07 Information Sharing & Non-Sale Policy

SAN WebTechnology does not sell, rent, lease, or monetize candidate personal information or contact details to third-party commercial marketing firms, data brokers, or advertising networks.
